Rental Evaluations

The proposed rental rate is based on property size, property type, supply and demand as well as location. All proposed rental increase information is provided to you for your approval.
To ensure the highest continuous rental value, an evaluation is completed every month

Full security deposits equal to one months rent are obtained from tenants.
Your property is shown to pre-qualified, prospective tenants.
Time will be spent with each new tenant to explain the benefits and responsibilities of leasing or renting from us.
You will be protected through the use of proper lease agreements and condition reports.
A thorough credit and reference check is completed before the lease is signed, including checking history with the Credit Bureau, verifying employment and checking all references including past and present landlords.

Routine property inspections.
Comprehensive screening procedures assure you of desirable tenants who will treat your property with respect.
An inventory of all items that are part of your property is maintained.
